Heroes that work well with Jetpack Cat

Good partners for Jetpack Cat: pick one beside them, or pick Jetpack Cat beside one.

Tanks

  • Mauga (good pair): Lifeline carries the slow tank onto an angle while his chainguns keep firing
  • Reinhardt (good pair): Lifeline flies the slowest brawler past long sightlines onto their backline
  • Roadhog (good pair): tow him to an off-angle for a surprise Chain Hook
  • Hazard (decent pair): short-range engage tank she can drop in and pull out

Damage heroes

  • Ashe (good pair): tow her to high ground she can't reach; B.O.B. from a tow is a known combo
  • Bastion (good pair): towing Bastion in Assault turns him into a flying turret
  • Pharah (good pair): a second flier who heals her in the air
  • Reaper (good pair): Lifeline drops him over their backline for Death Blossom
  • Soldier: 76 (good pair): Tactical Visor from the air while towed is a known Lifeline combo
  • Cassidy (decent pair): Purr peels divers off him (Deadeye can no longer ride Lifeline since October 6)
  • Venture (decent pair): short-range brawler she can carry across open ground

Heroes that clash with Jetpack Cat

These pull a different way from Jetpack Cat: the pair can still work, but it takes more care.

Tanks

  • Wrecking Ball (minor clash): needs no tow and rolls far from Purr and Pawjectile range

Damage heroes

  • Tracer (minor clash): self-mobile flanker far from Purr; nothing to gain from Lifeline
  • Widowmaker (minor clash): has her own grapple and holds a far angle outside Purr
